Benchmark announces joint-venture partnership with Tenkiv to produce solar energy

Valetta, 14th May 2018: Benchmark, a blockchain-based currency, today announced an exciting new joint-venture partnership with Tenkiv to produce solar energy. As part of the deal, Benchmark will acquire 50% of Tenkiv. Benchmark tokens allow investors access to a wide variety of investment projects spearheaded by Benchmark International, including green energy projects in Africa.

Denis Quayle, a Benchmark board member said:

“We’re thrilled to be partnering with Tenkiv to bring their mission of creating sustainable solar energy to life. Tenkiv has designed and patented a fully integrated solar thermal technology that provides clean energy at a lower cost than any alternative, including fossil fuels.”

The technology produced by Tenkiv cleans water and generates green power at the same time. It has enormous potential to solve the world’s water shortage problem and generate power at the same time. Benchmark will seek to raise funds to invest in this technology, a venture that is likely to be as lucrative for investors as it is kind to the planet.

Benchmark will officially launch its ICO on 28 May 2018, but presales with discounted tokens have been taking place since April and have commanded strong interest from the market. The investment in Tenkiv represents Benchmark’s first official investment project.

Unlike many other cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Benchmark gives access to projects that are backed by hard assets in real estate, banking and other commercial interests. Benchmark, which is led by a group of experienced, respected and well-known people in the global business community, also offers more transparency than coins that are founded and operated on an exclusively anonymous basis.
